Les Pantin is an associate at P3 Management, a government relations and public affairs firm, representing clients throughout South Florida. Mr. Pantin is a life-long resident of Miami, and the second generation son of Cuban-born parents. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
Prior to joining P3, Pantin was the Intergovernmental and External Affairs Coordinator at PortMiami, the largest cruise port in the world where he coordinated the legislative agenda at the Federal, State and local levels, working directly with all senior leadership at the Port including the Port Director. Mr. Pantin was the Port’s representative before a number of local organizations and conducted briefings and information sessions for stakeholders on key issues. He also had responsibility for overseeing all aspects of Foreign Trade Zone 281, the first of its kind at PortMiami.
Pantin previously served in the Office of Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Gimenez as a Policy and Legislative Affairs Aide where he undertook a number of projects including the legislative agenda, research and the procurement process resulting in efficiencies and savings as well as administering the 2012 Charter Review Process.
Mr. Pantin has distinguished himself in local and state political circles, having served as an independent political consultant for Congressional, State Legislative and local candidates.
A graduate of Florida State University, he is actively involved in the Greater Miami community and serves on the Executive Committee of the United Way Young Leaders group. He participated in the Greater Miami Chamber’s Leadership Miami Program and previously served as a member of the Coral Gables Communications Committee as an appointee of Commissioner Vince Lago.
